Office Aid
We believe education at school is not limited in classrooms. The students need to experience a day in office helping office personnel and having some responsibilities. This will help students to learn how to take responsibilities, how to interact with other adults, secretaries, nurse etc, and they will experience how an office works in a safe environment. They will improve school spirit.
read more . . .All students shall have equal opportunity to have this experience. Two students will be office aid for a day; one in the morning by lunc time and the other from lunch to dismissal time. Students will be assigned by class and last name order. The secretary is to have a list in the same order. No student shall be skipped (with the exception of special situations). No student shall be office aid twice in a school year (with the exception of special situations). Students are responsible to do the work they are missing. If there is a test, they need to inform office personnel and, by appropriate changes, they will even be assigned to another day or they will go to their class for that particular hour.
If you do not want your student participate in this opportunity, please email school to opt out your child's name.
Wednesday Envelope
Our Wednesday Mail is a form of communication between the school and the parents of our students. It will be distributed to the students every Wednesday of the week. Our Wednesday Envelope will sometime contain information on upcoming events, announcements, reminder of important dates, or updates on school’s information. We asked that parents review the Wednesday Envelope with their child and return the signed acknowledgment to the homeroom teacher no later than the Friday of that week.
We believe Wednesday Mail is a good way to communicate with you so please ask to see it every Wednesday evening.
